Native Nations Complex

Where the pool
meets the people.

A world-class facility in Arizona dedicated to serving Native American communities with health, wellness, and gathering space. Three domed buildings. One mission. Free entry for all tribal members.

More than a building. A commitment.

The Native Nations Complex will be the first facility of its kind, combining Olympic-level aquatics, community event space, and onsite medical services under one roof, all designed to serve the Native American communities of Arizona at no cost.

Dome 1

Olympic Aquatics Center

A full Olympic-sized swimming pool and training facility open to tribal members year-round. Swim lessons, competitive training, water therapy, and recreation for all ages and skill levels.

Dome 2

Community Event Center

A flexible gathering space for tribal events, health education workshops, organ donation awareness sessions, cultural celebrations, and community meetings.

Dome 3

Onsite Medical Facility

Primary care, preventive screenings, and health education services staffed by professionals who understand the unique health needs of Native American communities.

Native Americans face some of the steepest health disparities in the country.

Health Access

Limited facilities, long distances

Many tribal communities in Arizona are hours from the nearest hospital or clinic. The Native Nations Complex brings medical care, wellness programs, and preventive health directly to the communities that need it most.

Organ Donation

Disproportionate need, limited awareness

Native Americans experience higher rates of diabetes and kidney disease, leading to greater need for organ transplants. Community-based education in culturally appropriate settings is the most effective way to build trust and increase donor registration.

Youth Development

A pool changes everything

Access to aquatic facilities provides youth with competitive athletic opportunities, water safety education, and a healthy outlet for physical activity. Many tribal communities currently have no access to swimming facilities.

Community Gathering

A place to come together

The event center provides a dedicated space for tribal gatherings, cultural events, education programs, and ceremonies. Owned by and built for the community it serves.

Every dollar builds something real.

100% of donations designated for the Native Nations Complex go directly toward construction, equipment, and operational costs.

$25

Pool Equipment

Lane markers, kickboards, swim caps, and training gear for youth swim programs.

$100

Medical Supplies

Screening equipment, educational materials, and preventive care supplies for the onsite clinic.

$500

Event Sponsorship

Sponsors a community health education event including materials, food, and guest speakers.

$1,000

Construction Fund

Directly funds construction of the three-dome facility, bringing the complex closer to reality.

Help Build The Complex

Your donation goes directly toward making this facility a reality. Every contribution, large or small, brings us closer to breaking ground.

The Native Nations Complex represents what “Jump in the Pool” is really about: building something that gives communities access to health, hope, and each other.

Arizona. Purpose-built for the communities it serves.

The facility will be located in Arizona, strategically positioned to serve multiple tribal nations across the region. The exact site is being selected in consultation with tribal leadership to ensure maximum accessibility and community benefit.

Design

Three interconnected domes

The dome architecture is designed for energy efficiency in the Arizona climate, providing natural temperature regulation while creating an iconic, recognizable landmark for the community.

Sustainability

Built for the long term

Solar-powered systems, water reclamation for the pool, and sustainable building materials ensure the complex operates efficiently and responsibly for decades to come.

Accessibility

Designed for everyone

Full ADA compliance, elder-friendly design, family changing areas, and culturally respectful spaces throughout all three buildings.

This pool needs you.

Whether you donate, share the mission, or register as an organ donor, every action creates a ripple that reaches someone in need.
